COVID-19 Delivery Information
As we continue to navigate our way through this time of uncertainty, we would like to gently remind you that everything is running a little slower than normal at the moment. We are 100% committed to you, our AHL community and the safety of our head office and warehouse team, however we are experiencing exceptional demand for our products at this time and our operations are stretched. Please be mindful that you may experience small delays in online responses or deliveries, but that our customer service and operations team are working around the clock to ensure all enquiries and orders are attended to. Unfortunately we are unable to add, change or amend the products once your order has been placed. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information

UK Standard Delivery orders are delivered by DPD. Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery to arrive.
Europe inc. Ireland Delivery
- Standard Delivery – Order Under £59 – £8.00
- Standard Delivery – Order £59 and Over – Free delivery
Standard shipping is by 2nd class mail. Please allow up to 5 working days for shipping.
Please be aware any orders placed on a Friday after midday will not be received until the following Tuesday. Orders may also take longer over bank holiday weekends due to our warehouse being closed.
For international orders, please allow up to 10 working days. Any taxes or duties will be your responsibility.

You have the right to return any product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund your item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging.
When you are not entitled to a refund
- Except where the Products are damaged or faulty you are not entitled to a refund if the Products are returned to us in an unsalable and used condition.
- We do not offer a refund for Sale/Discounted Products unless the Product(s) are faulty or defective.
If there is a problem with the products
You do not have the right to change your mind and receive a refund if the Products are not returned to us in a resalable and unused condition. If you return Products to us and we feel that we are unable to resale them or if we feel that the Products have been used, we have the right to deduct from your refund an amount that reflects the reduced value of the Products.
In addition to the above, if the Products you receive are damaged or faulty or you receive Products that were not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a full refund.
Please notify us as soon as possible by emailing our Customer Services Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your name, order number, details of the order and, where available, your phone number.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning your unused products to us.
If you are returning faulty or defective Product(s) then we will refund you the return shipping costs. Please retain your receipts and proof of postage as we will need to see these to process your refund.
When your refund will be made
We will make any refunds due to you using the original method of payment within 14 days from the day on which we receive the Product(s) back from you. Please note, refunds may take up to 3 working days to appear in the account used to purchase our Products.
Returning the products back to us
To end the contract with us, please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address.
