COVID-19 European Delivery Information

As we continue to navigate our way through this time of uncertainty, we would like to gently remind you that everything is running a little slower than normal at the moment. Due to the decision taken by some European countries to close the border from the UK we are experiencing some delays with orders shipping to Europe and The Republic of Ireland. Thank you for your patience at this time, we are working hard to ensure our service is running as smoothly as possible.

For any international orders our products are available with our luxury retail partners Space NK and Net A Porter who ship worldwide.


Unfortunately, we are unable to add, change or amend the products once your order has been placed. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

    UK Delivery

    • Royal Mail Standard Delivery – £3.99 (free on orders £49+)
    • DPD Next Day Delivery (before 1pm) - £6.99

    Please allow 3-5 working days for Royal Mail Standard Delivery orders to arrive.

    Europe inc. Ireland Delivery

    Any taxes or duties will be your responsibility.

    • Standard Delivery – £8

    Please allow up to 5 working days for shipping.
    Orders may also take longer over bank holiday weekends due to our warehouse being closed.

    International Delivery

    For international orders, please allow up to 10 working days. Any taxes or duties will be your responsibility.

      Returns information

      You have the right to return any product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund your item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging.

      When you are not entitled to a refund

      • Except where the Products are damaged or faulty you are not entitled to a refund if the Products are returned to us in an unsalable and used condition.
      • We do not offer a refund for Sale/Discounted Products unless the Product(s) are faulty or defective.

      If there is a problem with the products

      You do not have the right to change your mind and receive a refund if the Products are not returned to us in a resalable and unused condition. If you return Products to us and we feel that we are unable to resale them or if we feel that the Products have been used, we have the right to deduct from your refund an amount that reflects the reduced value of the Products.

      In addition to the above, if the Products you receive are damaged or faulty or you receive Products that were not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a full refund.

      Please notify us as soon as possible by emailing our Customer Services Team at info@amandaharrington.com. Please provide your name, order number, details of the order and, where available, your phone number.

      Shipping Costs

      You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning your unused products to us.

      If you are returning faulty or defective Product(s) then we will refund you the return shipping costs. Please retain your receipts and proof of postage as we will need to see these to process your refund.

      When your refund will be made

      We will make any refunds due to you using the original method of payment within 14 days from the day on which we receive the Product(s) back from you. Please note, refunds may take up to 3 working days to appear in the account used to purchase our Products.

      Returning the products back to us

      To end the contract with us, please let us know by emailing us at info@amandaharrington.com Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address.

      After contacting us about your order and the reason for your return, please send the Products you wish to return to our office at:
